Our Guarantee to you as a buyer

 

Our puppies leave for their new homes when they turn 8 weeks old. They are raised in our home with a lot of socialization and handling. We start potty training around 4-5 weeks when they start going potty on their own so they have a solid potty training foundation for you to continue on with. They are given multiple doses of de-worming, as well as a set of puppy shots, well puppy check, and micro-chipping for you to register in your name. I also provide a puppy kit with every puppy that includes food, a toy, blanket, and all their records.

We guarantee that our puppies will come to you free of any NON-STRESS related condition. If your puppy requires veterinary care within the first 7 days of ownership we will pay up to $200 of your vet expenses. This payment will be made directly to your vet upon receiving official documentation of diagnosis and condition of your puppy as well as any treatment thereafter. If diagnosis is deemed congenital or hereditary we will only offer a full refund at this time but it is limited to the first week.

We guarantee that for a period of 2 years from your purchase date that if the puppy manifests any congenital or hereditary defects, compensation will be made by us. We do require documentation from a licensed veterinarian that a defect has manifested itself, and that the defect is truly genetic and not environmentally caused. We will reimburse buyer 1/2 the purchase prices, or offer to replace a puppy if a replacement is available.

To qualify for these guarantees you must within 72 hours of receiving your puppy have it examined by a licensed veterinarian. Documentation of this exam along with a signed copy of your guarantee sent back (this will be provided in your puppy kit).

We only sell our babies as a companion animal. Breeding rights are not given, and producing puppies if forbidden. We recommend spaying/neutering after puppies turn 1 but do not require if. Please do your research and get your veterinarians advice on spaying and neutering.

We do not guarantee size and weight of puppies nor level of coat shedding we also do not guarantee temperament of puppies. We raise them up until 8 weeks of age with proper puppy to human/other animal interaction. Beyond that it is up to you as a puppy owner to train your puppy. We do recommend puppy classes and proper interaction thereafter.
